• you will use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws

2. Description of the Service

Mr. Money By Mega is a personal finance and money-management platform that may allow users to:

• track transactions
• manage accounts
• organize categories
• review spending insights
• plan future transactions
• manage currencies
• monitor account activity
• access paid and free finance-related features

Mr. Money By Mega is an organizational and informational tool only. It does not provide banking services, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or investment advice.

3. Google Sign-In Requirement

To use Mr. Money By Mega, you must sign in using a valid Google account (Gmail account).

You are responsible for:

• maintaining access to your Google account
• ensuring your Google account information is accurate
• all activity that occurs through your Mr. Money By Mega account

If your Google account is compromised, suspended, or inaccessible, access to Mr. Money By Mega may also be affected.

4. Your Account

You agree to:

• provide true, current, and complete information
• keep your information updated
• use only one account unless expressly allowed by us
• keep your account secure

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms
• we detect fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity
• your use creates risk for us or other users
• we are required to do so by law

5. Personal Use Only

Mr. Money By Mega is provided for your personal use and any internal use permitted by us. You may not:

• resell the Service
• lease or sublicense the Service
• commercially exploit the Service without written permission
• copy or redistribute the Service except as allowed by law

6. User Data

You may enter, upload, or store financial and account-related information in the Service (“User Data”).

You retain ownership of your User Data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your User Data solely for the purpose of operating, improving, securing, and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for:

• the accuracy of your User Data
• the legality of your User Data
• ensuring you have the right to submit your User Data

We do not guarantee that any categorization, summary, projection, or insight generated by the Service will always be correct.

7. No Financial Advice

Mr. Money By Mega is not a bank, broker, financial advisor, accountant, or tax service.

Any summaries, analytics, trends, categorizations, recommendations, or forecasts shown in the Service are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for verifying your records and making your own financial decisions.

8. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Mr. Money By Mega may offer free and paid features.

When you purchase a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

9. Free Plans and Trials

We may offer free access, limited plans, trials, or promotional features at our discretion. We may modify or discontinue these offers at any time.

If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable payment method may be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

• Apple and Google mobile payment or billing systems
• analytics, hosting, or infrastructure providers

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, services, or policies.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, interface, branding, text, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by or licensed to MegaVentures, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service unless we expressly allow it in writing.

13. Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations, you grant us the right to use them without restriction and without compensation to you.

14. Service Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be:

• uninterrupted

• accurate in all outputs or calculations

15. Data Deletion and Account Termination

If your account is terminated, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MegaVentures, Inc. Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or
• USD 100

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MegaVentures, Inc. Private Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Service
• your User Data
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or third-party right

19. Privacy

Your use of Mr. Money By Mega is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

The Service uses an internal analytics system, operated by us, to record events such as which features you use, which screens you view, when sessions start and end, and how your subscription state changes. The Service also sets a small number of first-party cookies on the web to support analytics (timezone, locale, session identifier, and, where applicable, the marketing source that brought you to the website). Analytics events do not include the contents of your financial entries, and analytics data is never shared with or sold to third parties. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of information as described there, including the internal analytics and cookies above.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify you through:

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, without regard to conflict of law principles.

22. Disputes

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Malé, Maldives, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
